we know that liver is the most important part of our body.though most of matabolic paths r cover by it.
if u r more fatty then u know that there is extra energy stored in form of glucose in ur body.when u want the immediate lose of weight then there becomes a pressure towards the liver to breaks glucose as u going to fast ur exercise.if this is happen then u know in the brek down of glucose toxics r also produced.so it very harmful for liver also.
